updating the locations of Physical Records as they move. Our clients with coverage at every desktop
never lose a Physical Record and never search for Physical Records.

The RFDeskTracker automates self-check-out in open Physical Record Rooms or where after-hours
access is permitted. Staff simply present their existing security badges and all Physical Records
they are holding are read and checked out to them - no mouse nor keyboard action required.
Passive Tracking At Every Desk
The RFDeskTracker is mounted below the desk surface, saving critical
workspace on the desk. Physical Records are automatically tracked as they arrive in the cubicle without any
need for staff compliance. Employees' normal work tasks are not altered, and nothing
appears on their monitors to distract them.
